Day 5: Ancient Agrigento
We were amazed at seeing our first Greek temple at Segesta, now imagine an entire valley of temples at Agrigento! We could't get enough pictures of these wonders, yet no picture can capture the feeling of walking among them.
A few more pictures of the countryside around Agrigento, some photos from the museum, including one of a 2000-year old safety pin! (Another hobby of mine is sewing, so this safety pin was a marvel to behold!), and views from our countryside hotel.
